Clutch pedal won't depress

Search came up with nothing.
My buddy has the NP435
I put everything back in and cannot seem to depress the clutch pedal.
Tried to move the fork by hand and that wouldn't budge (maybe it requires more strength than I can provide)
I have played with the clutch rod to no avail either
Thoughts?

Hi, you will never push a clutch fork by hand. I guess the Z bar and pedal work when disconnected. Perhaps the clutch fork fell off of the pivot. I doubt that something is stuck between the clutch and the pressure plate, that is something that happens when parts disintegrate. Good luck

Or you installed the clutch release bearing incorrectly (or it's the wrong bearing) and it's already depressed the fingers on the clutch when you tightened everything back up. Put it in gear, pull the coil wire out, and turn the key. See if the clutch is engaged or not. If the motor turns but the Bronco doesn't try to crawl forward, the clutch is disengaged.
