Finally going to start attacking the rust at the end of this summer. Has anyone had a good/bad experience with the 1 piece replacement vs. the individual panels?

Whatever you do DON'T buy the cheap ebay floor, get the good one from JBG or any other bronco vendor, you'll be glad you did. The one piece floor will save you tons of time, its a great way to go. ;);D:cool:

The complete floorpan has all the bracing, channels and emergency brake mount built in already not to mention there will be much less welding to do, so if those all need replacing then thats a great way to go.
If your floor bracing is good shape, individual pans will probably be cheaper.
Depends on how far the rust goes and how many panels need replacing

One of the biggest problems I had installing my floor pans was getting everything to line up and match up well to each other. Mine came with my rig, so I don't know the source. I'd go with the one piece. Mine are sealed up and look fine...from the inside:-[
