Great vision and making it work! It looks BIG but you said you are going to do it on you Bronco one day. Will it fit? Just curious as I have no idea of the actual dimensions. Beats having hoses running all over everything like a typical HB setup.

with a little work you can clock the iBooster how you want and probably need to for an EB.
I'm pairing mine with the angled bracket used for vacuum boosters and fits well. It was looking like a fight to mount it directly on the firewall but that might work for the small block guys.

I believe it will if you clock it (which may involve an adapter to clock the MC so it's level, otherwise you may be into the inner fender. These are the only pics I have of it next to the EB booster. Unfortunately I'm in no big rush to swap it to an iBooster since the vacuum booster works just fine. There's a 3d printable model here but IMO you might as well just buy the booster if you think you might try it: https://grabcad.com/library/ibooster-gen-2-1.

So I figured I would add some photos of my iBooster mod( Electric Brake booster) I used the Gen1 and clocked it, also using the angle bracket with a MC from Jegs
links to some photos of what I did below

This is really cool! I have seen a lot of hot rods converted to the prius or nissan electric assist steering, but not many electric boosters. Question: Is this a 12v system or does it step up to 27-52 volts like some of the electric steering? I am assuming that as long as you have good battery voltage and the key on you will have full brake assist? So if you stalled the motor, it would still hold on a hill?

When I turn the key to set my electric choke, you hear the booster turn on and the pedal suddenly becomes very easy to move. I've tested it on a steep hill with the motor off and the key "ON" and it's very eerie to have so much brake assist with the motor off. Since this is on a carbureted (for now) rock crawler this is very nice to have.

Something I should mention is that I used the stock Honda Accord master cylinder that came with this booster (from a 2019 Accord) and it's only a 7/8" bore. A modern F250 master cylinder will bolt up but I think that's a 1.25" bore and I believe the stroke is too much (but I haven't tested this). The pedal feel for the Accord master cylinder is very light and takes a lot of getting used to but there is definitely enough power for the huge 2006 D60 calipers and 2014 Sterling 10.5 calipers.

Wow! That it a great quality to have. hydro and vacuum, you get one good press if you stall if at all. Do you have a controller on this similar to the power steering pump, where you can dial in the amount of assist with voltage?

I do not and I don't know if that's something others are looking into. The implementation on my rig has been super simple: just a 12v wire from key "ON".
