much cheaper than gas monkey ? They charged 35K and already had a bronco that looked pretty clean and axles n suspension looked new.

So probably about the same price, both were pretty nice, i kinda like gas monkeys better.

Even though it would have been good to see some of the build, it's definitely nice to see another Bronco on one of these custom car shows.

I met a guy the other day that used to work at CK and he said it sucked. They got paid by the hour only if they are working. So he would be there 12 or 14 hours and would only get paid for 8 because they had to work around the tv crew schedule. Crew wouldn't let them work until they were done shooting. He called BS and quit.

It was nice, and twice as cool as the Gas Monkey Bronco, but I still wasn't that impressed with it. I guess true Bronco guys are the only ones that can impress me. I agree it was cool to see another one on TV though.

Turned out pretty nice. But I liked what they did to the VW bus better.

It's impossible to know if they did a good job from a TV show. What sucks is you have no idea if any suspension or drivetrain mods were made. To me an EB like that one on CC just isnt cool if you run a strong motor on stock gears and suspension. Strong engines and paint doesnt make a nice ride. It would be nice to know what they bought from WH. The Gas Monkey show at least shows some of the build and not some gravely voiced a-hole getting all fake-pissed off about the owner buying a new car every 5 minutes.

I could gripe about the cheesy roll cage and rims, but at least they didn't chop the windshield to where you can never put a top on! In the end the owner was very happy with the work. I enjoyed what little bit they did show!

For 34 grand they did a good job My guess that included getting the Bronco as they said they got it for the customer with a budget of 34 grand. I thought it was nicer than Gas Monkeys but Gas Monkeys delt with alot of crap and showed it. At least with CK it has doors and not stripped to the bone. You will never know with CK they didn't show anything they dealt with. They did better coverage on their plumbing main issue a couple of weeks ago. I also like what little they showed on the yellow VW thing they did for the Pawn shop guys.

That show's not really a car building show...it's a car buying show.

But the shop has nothing to do with the show, the producer does.
Y'all need to tune into MAVTV Friday at 7PM for a different kind of fab show.

I get confused when I watch the Fast and the Loud.... Did they not have an episode a long time ago, about him needing some cash, so he put his green Shelby with the spare mounted on the trunk, up for auction, and he sold it. But when they keep showing aerial shots of his "new" shop, many times you see the mustang parked in the lot???? Did I miss something?????
