Nice work Hinmaton. Did you build your tube doors as well? If so, do you have a thread or anything you can share? I would like to build some.

About a month ago I started working on a stinger for my Bailiebilt bumper plus tying in some front fender exo-cage. I designed it in cad and then used Bendtech to map out the bends.

All tacked up, I just needed to replace the spacers with tubing couplers (the fender exo will be removable).

Next I’m going to swap the D44 out for a 960 that I’ve been sitting on for the better part of a year.

Thanks-
Those are WH tube doors. Frankly they are the nicest tube doors I’ve seen on an EB, and as much as I enjoy fabricating my own stuff, I couldn’t beat that price for that quality.

I thought those looked like the WH doors. I love the built in arm rest.

I reached out to them and unfortunately they are currently not available with no current plans to bring them back. Maybe I should ask for the plans to make a copy!

I didn't do it, but I had a Holley Sniper EFI installed. Also, had the aux tank plugged because it was leaking from the switch into the cabin. Wooden steering wheel installed and new brake reservoir installed, too!

Just put in my rebuilt/ported for hydro steering box. Guys at West Texas off-road did a great job on it. Upgraded Delphi power steering pump should be in tomorrow.

Work has gotten so slow I cant stand it. So I pulled my front bumper sanded it and painted it. Its been 10 years so it needed it. Pulled my rear bumper too, it needs a little tlc and may redo my tire carrier latch. Also needs a repaint. I may even try and repair a little paint damage on my rocker. I will post up some pics when the bumpers are done.

I added a check valve and fine fuel filter between the low pressure and high pressure fuel pumps. This fixed the "hot restart" issue where the high pressure pump would lose prime and I would have to turn the key on and off a couple times before fuel pressure built up again. This is feeding a Mustang fuel injection top end.

Good question.
I designed the stinger based on the Poison Spyder competition stingers:
“The stinger is a sturdy and functional bumper built for today's extreme trails. Stingers assist in minimizing damage during a rollover by helping to protect hood line, radiator, and engine. Additionally preventing potential end-overs when heading down steep terrain. The Stinger also protects the grill and winch with no loss in approach angle typical of bulky square bumpers.”

What started off to be tie rod and c-bushing replacement mushroomed into regear front to match rear end w/tru-trac carrier, T-Rex radius arms, and Ford front disk conversion w/vacuum booster. I guess I went over budget a little.
