I am installing a 351W and ZF5 from a 1990 F250. I need power steering lines to go from the F250 pump to the stock bronco box. Does anyone know where I could find these or what adapters I would need? I have no idea what's threads are on each. Thanks!

I took the OEM lines from each end to a hydraulic shop in my area. They put new ends on and connected the together with a fitting I could clock the ends as needed then tighten down. $75 and has been rock solid for years. Google industrial hoses or hydraulic lines in your area something will come up.

I had mine built by a hose shop. $50. I hear NAPA will build them too.

O'Reilly's makes hydraulic hoses. I had them make one for my PS setup.

Sorry, can't help with what ends you need. Maybe talk O'Reilly's. They might be able to look up the ends you need by application.

Some guys on here may be able to give you the ps box size if you post what box you have. If yu have a Saginaw pump some are metric some are standard. Wh sell a bunch of hoses and adapters plus bronco knowledge if you want it quick and easy but it will cost a few more bucks for convenience. There's always earls .

You will be able to use the Bronco original PS lines.

Use an adaptor for the Ford pump. Or, have a Hydraulic shop reflare the pump end of pressure hose with the correct size fitting.

That's a Ford C2 pump. Not that great but at least you have one from an F250. Cars used the same but they had rack and pinion steering so the pressure and flow of those pumps are different even though they look identical. For the pressure hose use one from a 78 tbird w/400 and saginaw steering. You have to bend the hard line at the pump a little. Reuse the stock Bronco return hose. No adapters required. I used setup that for years. Steve Samson of the EBR sat at his local parts store flipping through their hose catalog until he found a hose that the correct ends.
Or change the PS bracket to an Econoline and use a Saginaw style pump.

Thanks Gddyap! What econoline bracket would fit with the rest of my f250 front dress? What makes the Saginaw so much better? Did you have any problems with the Ford C2 pump? Were you running f250 front dress? Thanks!

My 5.8 is from a '96 F250. I have Mustang brackets on the passenger side for the alternator and tensioner. I have Econoline on the drivers side for PS pump and compressor. Luckily the offset matches so all the pulleys line up. You'd have to measure your setup and compare to an Econoline. It's all junkyard stuff.
The saginaw pump is more reliable. I know a guy who picked one off the ground at the junkyard and has been running it for years.
I didn't have any problems with the C2 pump. I went to hydro-assist so I decided to go with a better pump at the same time.
