Customer service rant and rear brake ??-Need advice

that is exactly the kind of customer service I have received from WH in 98% of all my dealings with them, I usally try to talk to Mark as he knows what a dumbass I am when it comes to odrering parts and has set me straight on several occasins. I've spent thousands of dollars with them and they have always come thru for me. wheter it be for a full lift kit or just a dipstick for my power steering. great customer service gets my money.
