No teeth, cost is 180.00 just for the blade. The mini chop saw is half the price.

Would a diamond blade (for concrete, tile, etc) work? I have several of those and can’t see my way clear to drop $180 for a saw blade that will make less than a half dozen cuts.

There are metal cutting diamond blades. Less abrasive junk flying around with them than with the typical abrasive cut-off blade, but there is still some that can get into the ID of the hose.

I would imagine that even with those that the hose needs to be wrapped before cutting it.

I use the cutoff wheel as well, but I'll wad up a small piece of rag with some cleaner soaked in it and blow it through the hose when done.

Is the blade you use abrasive, or a knife blade? Does it have a brand name?

Here’s one I found for hydraulic hose that’s likely cleaner but high priced. They make a number of different types, some way higher than this one.

Thanks for sharing. Would be great for a shape that did a lot of hose building.

I will stick with the wrap and cut with a cut off wheel method as infrequently as I need it.

Good to know it exists though.
