Dana 44 ball joint/knuckle breakage...how many have broken one and tire size...

How many guys have broken ball joints, knuckles or R&P in a Dana 44 when wheeling and what tire size were ya running?

Broken u-joint led to ears breaking off inner shaft, that turned into ripping back of knuckle. 37" Krawlers

Yes, broke all of that... Broke list of D44 front axle parts: axles shafts, u-joints, ball joints, knuckles, wheel studs, Ring and Pinion, lockers, carriers and last but not least bent C when ball joint let go. Last round with me and a D44 was in one incident, all 4 shafts, ring & pinion and locker (ARB). That was all with 35's.

since going to D60, all I've broke were lockouts. I have replaced axle shafts and ujoints that I caught in time after years of abuse. But nothing that has been catastrophic, with 37's.
