Direct swap from knuckles out. You will also need some adapter bushings to use your stock tie-rods. The hole in the knuckles are a different size and taper. Bc or wh should have the adapters fairly cheap.
On a side note : the F 150 knuckles will lower your tie rod by about an inch - knuckles configured a little different . If that's an issue you can do a Tie Rod Over ; which is what i did.
