As some of you know I am a huge fan of Doug Thorley headers. After 20 years of early bronco Doug Thorley headers being out of production, they are now available exclusively through Beach City Broncos via our ebay store. Doug Thorleys are made of 14 gauge steel which are the heaviest headers in the industry. When you pick them up you can immediately tell the difference. You will love the way they fit on your early bronco. Yes, they are expensive, but they are the best. Details are available on our ebay offering. Mark in San Diego, Beach City Broncos.

Nice. Are they stainless or coated? I've got their stainless headers on my 72 suburban. I've owned it 10 years and they still look like new

Hey Mark,

If possible can you attach or send a picture of the headers mounted? I am specifically looking for a picture of the header flanges in relationship to the frame. One of the reasons that I have moved away from long tube headers personally is how low they hang below the frame. Hopefully, I do not offend you or anyone else in my comments about long tube headers hanging below the frame.

Also, in your ebay description you mentioned, "Beach City Broncos is the exclusive distributor of Doug Thorley long tube headers for your 1966-1975 Ford Bronco." is there a reason why you did not mention these fitting a 76/77?

Lastly, the description in the picture of the "Doug Thorley" box it only shows 1966-74

Nice looking headers, looks like a good design and some thick ass flanges.
Will there be a ’P’ head option as well?

Technically the headers will fit 1976 and 1977 broncos. However in California the majority of broncos require extensive smog equipment. I do not want to mislead the public that these headers are ok for these years. I do not know about smog requirements for other states. I believe I am showing photos of the headers installed in a chassis. They are tucked up as high as possible. No lower than your exhust system. There may be a header from Doug Thorley that will fit a "P" head but my company is only handling this particular header., but

Been thinking about new headers and exhaust, as the headers on my bronco are real rusty and are the old school two piece type for the passenger side. Time to start squirreling away some coin. I really like these.
