My rig has 2 inch suspension and 1 body lift, I put the body back on but have no front clip or hard top. We put about 500 pounds in the truck (two heavy friends) and it did not change the measurements much at all. Just curious if someone has a similar setup and the dimensions between the mounting surfaces? I came up with 32 3/4 and 25 7/8ths. The 4r70w is the shorter of the two versions with an aa adapter. Curious if i am close.

The way the front suspension works and the mounting point, you get very little length change with a stock front suspension. Long arms will be more of a mismatch and make a greater chance as the suspension strokes.

No long arms, are you saying the change in movement of the driveshaft is very little, period?
