Contact your local dyno shop. I will guess (depending on your total combonation) a 90mm lightening MAF and 42lb injectors (maybe 30 or 36). The 42's are fairly easy to come by, they are stock in late model lightenings.
Mustang A9 computer and wiring. Lighening or other 5.8 mustang style intake.

To the casual it will look like a warmed up 5.0 mustang motor. Look a little harder and they will see the 351 block. They won't know stroker unless you tell them.

That is my dream stroker

Looks like Kryptonite wouldn't even slow that thing down.

Mine runs fine as a driver. The 427 is built for torque. Keep your foot out of it and you are fine. Peak horsepower is at 5300 and peak torque around 4200, can't remember exactly. It is going back on the dyno in a few weeks since I fixed the tranny, so I should know more. I suppose you could run a stock intake but it will kill the engine. These things need air!!!! I think a lightning intake is the very least you can run. Exhaust is something to consider also. What trans are you going to run??

I almost feel guilty telling you, I got the entire engine assembled from a guy who ran out of money for $3500. The heads were to small so I replaced the AFR 185s with the vic jr's. Cost me about $1000 extra. All the fuel injection stuff is mostly ebay, used or used new, maybe about $2000 So with tuning and stuff probably around $6000-$7000, maybe a little more. It has been spread out over a few years as all out projects are.

Trans is going to be a C-6

Good choice, beef that baby up!!! I have broke my C6 twice. Ford racing shorty headers fit nice with the C6 and are resonably priced. They will sacrifice some power as they are only 1 5/8" primaries, not alot of other choices other than custom headers. I am running a MAC 1 3/4" header. Had to do quite a bit of modifying and I really don't like them all that much, but building custom headers is not CHEAP!!!
