I go to the junk yard and find one that is easiest too unbolt, sometimes it a missing front end or engine is out or if you are real lucky its in the back of some vehicle. Ford charcoal canisters from the late 80's & early 90's are all about the same.

I've done several EFI conversions and have never used a charcoal canister.
What is the pros and cons of this? I'm getting ready to do another conversion on my half cab, should I be using one of these??

Sorry for the semi high jack.

Minimizes the garage stinking of gas fumes from the gas tank venting into the garage.
Infentisimal increase in gas mileage since you are burning gas vapors that normally go straight to the enviroment.

Nothing bad. Does not change drivability nor power at all.

Thanks Tim. I guessive never had the gas smell or my nose don't work well enough. I won't worry about it too much then.

Means you're one of the lucky ones there doghows. Or as we'd prefer to think of it, one of the more clever builders!
Either way though, if you don't have a problem you don't need to fix it.

But it is a pretty good system. A few more parts and you're capturing vapors that would normally go into the air. Not a bad thing to have at all.
