hmmmm...cannot see the video. Not sure that a 4 psi drop in pressure would cause a "lean miss" though. You could also check your 02 sensor voltage to see if it is indeed reading lean.

I've run down to 20psi without issue. Not ideal especially at upper rpm range though.

Unless your injectors or fuel rail are clogged, you likely don't have a supply issue since your pressure is more than adequate throughout the RPM range. A scheduling issue is another issue. Have you pulled codes?

No codes. I don't have any vacuum leaks, but I'm wondering about the vacuum lines. Do the various lines on the upper intake have any difference as to where they go? I'm thinking to map out what I've done and posting it here to pursue the next potential source of my problem.

How many are you running? Usually Broncos only use one for the PCV, one for power brakes if so equipped, one for auto trans modulator if so equipped, and one for fuel pressure regulator.
