EFI No Start (Click)

Got the EFI up and running again but I have ran into a little snag. Once the truck is up and running and hot you can stop and start the Bronco numerous times. Once it is driven around and stopped it will not start again. All I get is a click when the key is turned. This is not a starter click. The starter is new and checked out at the local parts store. The click sound is coming from the coil area or the drivers side of the engine bay.
The non starting issue is very intermittent. Sometimes it will fire up just fine and they all of a sudden CLICK nothing.
What else would cause the clicking and no start if the starter checks out?

Tested the TFI. Tested fine.
What else would cause the engine to not turnover and give just one click when the key is turned.

KOEO TEST
21- Cooling tempature sensor out of range or ETC out of range
24- ATC, IAC SENSOR OR VAT sensor out of range
81- Air diverter solenoid fault
82- integrated relay control molule
84- EGR fault
85-

The starter isnt getting power or it isnt working. Single click is probally solenoid energizing when key is turned.
Check that the starter is getting power and that you have good cables and ground

Make sure you have a set of clean bolts that you are using to anchor it to the inner fender, this is how the unit is grounded. If it is not tight and clean, it will not work

Failure is a hard one. When you replace it make sure it is well grounded thru the bolts as said before. Other than that
Low battery voltage
Dragging starter
Other high resistance issue with starter causing extremely high amperage
Bad connections
Poor cable connections
Poor quality/low voltage to trigger
Quality of replacement parts

Some of those are less likely than others but all possibilities

Would suggest upgrading to new starter with built in solenoid solves almost all the issues.
