will you be including a toggle switch to disable them from automatically deploying when wheelin' ?

I could envision being over a big rock or something, opening the door to get out and check clearance, and the old girls are trying to deploy

just a thought

If they are amp research boards they will tuck back up if they hit something. They work pretty sweet. We have them on our shop truck, They are nice because they tuck up tight and almost look like a rocker molding. I would be worried about rocker mounting them unless you have really solid or new rockers. These things put a pretty serious mechanical advantage on the mounting brackets and could do some damage. I e-mailed amp research to see if their bed step could be converted to power to use for a running board. I just want something to assist the hop into the truck after a long day at work. I just have a hard time with the price.
