Are your O2 connectors inadvertently swapped?
Brilliant. And it would explain the P1151 and P1152 codes. From a controls standpoint it would drive the PCM bonkers. There just aren't that many sensors on an EFI system that can severely affect drivability. Swapped O2 sensor connections would be worse than no O2 sensors at all.

And no, too close isn't an issue. Standard/typical to have them 3-ish inches downstream from a shorty header collector.

I was talking with a buddy and he said the same thing and I've been looking at the wiring diagram and I can't tell which one should be on "Bank 1" (Injectors 5,6,7,8), which my understanding is the drivers side. "O2 sensor #1" is the red/white wire, and that's what I have in the drivers side

But no where can I find the position in this book.

Does O2 #1 go with injectors 1,2,3,4? The V6 diagram seems to suggest that. (#1 goes with 1,2,3)

Per diagrams I have from EFIGuy O2 sensor #1 red/white goes to passenger side.

That would make sense intuitively too.
Bank one would in theory include cylinder one, I would think.
But I don’t know, which is why I rely on guys like Lars and Viperwolf1 to do all the thinking…😁

YOU SIR ARE A GENIUS!! And I am the opposite haha.

I switched them and it is running SOO smooth (Knock on wood). I've said I've fixed this issue about 5 times already just to have it come back to running rough, but the test drive I just took....

I believe the issue is resolved.

Thank you everyone for your input. This community is amazing.
