Anyone know if I can use the harness from an Explorer that runs the starter, Alt, batt, and solenoid relay and just wire it into the bronco harness. Of course I am using a high torque starter and an explorer alt, and solenoid relay.

Yes, it can be used. I did on mine and it laid out pretty well with the solenoid mounted on the inner fender skirt right behind the battery.

I thought about it a little more and I actually used the positive cable from a truck, but I think Ford wired trucks and explorers the same when it comes to starter. The large red cable is pretty self explanatory.....one end to battery +, other end to starter(lug and spade), in the middle is the fork connection which attaches to both sides of the solenoid.

In your Bronco harness should be a red/blue stripe....that is the trigger wire for the solenoid coming from the key switch....it goes on the small(1/8") post on the solenoid. For the alternator, I tied the main charge wire to the big solenoid post. The small wire coming from the alternator ties to the green/red stripe wire in the Bronco harness. The small yellow wire in the Alt harness is not used if I remember correctly.

I think about covers it. Do you also have the negative batt cable? I used one of those too because it has multiple lugs to ground the battery, the frame, and the engine.

I have done the truck wires before explorer is waaayyyyyy different. The posative/negative batt cables and all the relatet start/charge wires are sll bundled together so i have it all. I have it all figured out except the plus that goes from the batt/start/alt harness to the main harness. There is a new type plug, of course, and I was wondering where those three wires needed to get hooked up to. It is the only plug left after hooking up everything else.

If you're asking where the bronco harness 2 power wires(the ones that made up the loop thru the Ampmeter, 1 black, 1 black/yellow stripe) get power....I have those on a ring terminal on the solenoid. Basically the solenoid posts are the switching station for where everything ties together.

The wiring may look different between truck and explorer, but the function is the same for how and where it routes power. The basic system did not change in how it's designed.
