Extending radius arms info needed

I need some info on extending radius arms. I am thinking about doing it this weekend. Does anyone have pics of building them? I have 15 ft of 1 5/8" DOM.... can i use some of this?

It depends on the wall thickness.

If you have some back issues of Bronco Driver, there was an article about a kit that Stonecrusher was going to offer. It was very reasonably priced, and looked to be a complete kit. I think it may be available, but it's not on his website. Maybe he'll chime in with an update.
