Anyone know of an external inline HP fuel pump for EFI that has a higher output than the standard E2000, late 80's Full size truck/van pump? I was doing some homework and reading in the Ford Motorsports catalog, and saw the E2000 pump generally can support 250hp at flywheel. I suspect my set up is going to yield a bit more...but not a fire breathing monster than needs a 255lph pump. From what I read, the E2000 pump appears to be somewhere in the 88 to 100lph range. I'm thinking I've seen or heard of 155lph, or somewhere in that range, inline pumps. What are you running? Does what I'm looking for exist, or is it stock or high output 255lph only? TIA

Good questions, for stock use, use the e2000, more hP requires the better pump, go look on Summit under fuel pumps and get your wallet out.

I use a stock Motorcraft for 87 F150 with 5.0 motor. Works great!

Yep, that's the one I have. It's a stock pump for that generation of truck. I'm looking for something that flows more to feed my warmed up 351. The Ford Motorsports book says that pump supports up to 250hp.

Those are all good alternatives, but I'm looking for something that was OEM and preferrably Bosch. I've always had really good luck with Bosch pumps and since I like to find hidden treasure in the pick your part, I'm searching out an OEM pump. I've heard interesting tid bits about BMW and Turbo Volvo pumps, but nothing conclusive. Anyone know a higher volume pump that's a Factory original application?

If not, I'll most likely just end up with something aftermarket.
