Does anyone know what the back up power and brake switch power connect to? They are the last two wires I have to run, but I don't see them in the manual. I also have one that says wiper power, does that go to the switch or the wiper motor?

Brake light sw power comes from headlight connector. Backup light power comes from fusebox fuse #2. There are 2 wiper power wires. Heavy one comes from harness near the fusebox. Light one comes from fuse #2.

What does backup power connect to? As well I only see one wire on my harness labeled wiper power it has an 07 on it I think it may be purple(I am color blind)

In the ez wiring harness you will have a backup power and a backup wire. They are setup to connect through a reverse light switch. Also the brake switch, I assume you mean brake tail light switch. You should have two wires. One brake power and one brake light. It goes to the switch on your brake pedal in my harness one was white and one was orange. And as for the wiper wire it is the power to the wiper switch. You need to use your existing or run new wires to the wiper motor.

On the brake wire it says 11 brake switch power and it appears to be orange.

My answer was in reference to the stock harness, switches and fusebox. I'm not sure what the EZ harness replaces (switches, fusebox, etc) but you'll need the stock switch to work the stock wiper motor and it'll need power on the same terminals. If you have a set of instructions or a diagram for the new harness I'll take a look and be able to give you a better answer.
