Flasher clicking when running?

I hope this is a simple “duh” fix. I just started testing and adjusting stuff after a 5 year renovation and something strange is going on. When I start the truck up and drive around, the hazard flasher is clicking on and off. No lights, just the clicking. Pulling hazards and flipping turn signals doesn’t make a difference.

Bronco is a 68. Lights are all LEDs with the LED specific flasher. Original wiring harness but in great shape. No other electrical issues yet.

Any ideas?

Just to verify you can touch the flasher and feel it clicking?

It's only one doing it, which one?

Pull that flasher and put the other one in it's place and report back.
