Fogged up windows - any anti-fog secrets?

It defrosts real well but I just don't like running the A/C in the winter.

I've had many technicians tell me over the years that you SHOULD run the a/c in the winter -- at least once a month -- in order to keep the oil circulating and moistening the seals.
