Ok. That upper and throttle body does look like mustang. The plate was swapped with something else.
A9L will work fine. MAF is also correct.
If you want both tanks fully operational you will need at least 2 pumps. For the main tank you can get by with using just a high pressure external pump mounted close to the tank. Aux tank can be plumbed with a low pressure pump to transfer fuel to the main tank.
If you want both tanks to be independantly operational it's going to take 2 LP pumps, a 6 port valve, accumulator, HP pump, and lots of fuel line. I have this and don't recommend it just because of the expense and complexity.
