Don't everybody hate me but I have followed this thread and think the work is amazing. It just doesn't say Bronco to me. It says Thunderbird.
No hate at all from the OP either. I had a VERY similar thought when I was placing it today. The thing for me, at least to start is, that the Tuffy console doesn't scream Bronco to me either. It screams... Tuffy. I have a buddy that drives a 60s Falcon and describes it as a time machine. I see it similarly, so having something from the same era is less distracting to that experience for me, as opposed to the Tuffy box.

Had to push install back a day. Spent Monday night in NH and had a few steps to go before dropping it in. Plus my shop looked like this....

So I made myself clean up and wait one more day, BUT it's in! Or as in as it's gonna get for a while. I have a lot of work to do on my dash, so I haven't bolted it down yet, but it's where it's gonna sit, and no problems! Had to put the seats in to have a look, even though they need to come out again too. I have more to write about but I'm just gonna drop these pics for now.

What are your seats out of?
Seats are aftermarket. Procar rally elite. I love them. They are very comfortable and the big bolsters keep my butt in the seat, which is a good feeling when you don't have doors...

Thank you! And sharing it has been a great pleasure. This forum and the archived threads have been an excellent resource for me over the years. I am very happy to be able to add something to the collection of information here. Adam in (adjective) Jamaica Plain

Thanks, I am definitely pleased! I can't stop looking at it. I am sure there will be tweaks, but I am VERY happy with how it sits right now!
