I was kind of thinking that way, I watch a video, which is never try but they did their own alignment! After doing any work with the knuckles you're gonna want to check your alignment afterwards.

They are pricey but I'm finding in my situation being rual, out in the sticks of Montana, it's a good way to go! Thank you for this information, ?, Can you use them on a Ford kit?
Well it still gives me disc brakes, luv your half cabNo, those are drum brake knuckles and will only work with the GM kit.
No, unfortunately they will only work with the chevy conversion. They are pricey but I'm finding in my situation being rual, out in the sticks of Montana, it's a good way to go! Thank you for this information, ?, Can you use them on a Ford kit?

New ? For you? I jacked up the rear in park and the wheels spin??? Doesn't seem right to me! NEVER BUY UNSEEN IN PERSON, I've learned but now paying. If you don't know your alignment numbers and replace your spindles an alignment should be done.
Even if you know your numbers and replace the spindles alignment should follow. Finding camber shims can be problematic luckily we have a member here that has started making them to sell. Or you can put it together and cross your fingers.
Are you talking just a shine grind? If you do GM there is nothing touched that could change the alignment. None of the ball joints, tie rods, etc. are touched. Parts wise it would be like greasing the spindle bearings, just a little more involved than packing a set of wheel bearings.
Harbor Freight will sell a cheap but effective angle grinder, you can also get them mail order from amazon. Put a coarse grit flap disk on and that is all that you need https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01FJLKS1K/?tag=classicbroncos-20 and to make things nicer than a grinding wheel https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07L3NBJJD/?tag=classicbroncos-20 and it looks to be out of stock, so you could step it up to the fancy $5 version https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000BPC2PU/?tag=classicbroncos-20
Never heard it called that before. But the amount of material that needs to be removed is very minimal. A flap disk is very capable of doing the job. And will leave a nice finish when complete. Are you talking just a shine grind?
Lol, well I'm a bit old and been out of school for 50 years, I do have another question if you don't mind, this is a new 74 bronco for me, I jacked up the rear with it in park, I found the rear wheels still spin, is that normal or am I in trouble? Thank you for helping me get to know my BroncoNever heard it called that before. But the amount of material that needs to be removed is very minimal. A flap disk is very capable of doing the job. Thanks for your help!Spin opposite directions? That's normal for an open differential.
Now if the driveshaft spins when in park, that's wrong. Make sure the transfer case is in gear. The transfer case is a gearbox between the transmission (that has park in it) and the driveshaft.
Duff has been making there own kit, with there own knuckles, based on the later Ford parts. Been doing it that way for 30+ years. Most of the vendors sell the GM conversion kit. One of the vendors, I can't remember which one, sells a Ford conversion kit using parts matching the '76 '77 bronco.
Thanks SteveL, I checked that out but Cash and Carry only, about 1900 miles away to drive and not sure what's ur gettin, I sure wished Montana had the Bronco list like Texas, thanks again for the info! There's a set of 76-77 disc brakes in the classifieds
