That caliper bracket won't bolt onto a 9" housing flange w/o mods. It also won't retain the wheel bearings w/o mods or something else used. Better read the whole thing where ever it came from as he made some mods if it does work.

The 1/2t caliper should be the 2-15/16" piston D52's. Which is very likely going to be too much rear piston area and a P-valve will need to be really cranked down to get decent brake bias.

The better plan is to use a caliper with a smaller piston. Get the bias set closer to correct with just the hydraulics, and only 'trim' the system with a p-valve (if needed, likely to be but not always).

Is there a good t case park brake set up that you know of for a dana 20?

No

Looked for years. Looked at building my own. There are some on the market, at least there were. But packaging into a Bronco is a problem. The driveshaft is so close to the floor there isn't room.

So I found the caliper mounts today off an old blazer. You're right the bolt pattern is good one way (3.5) but short the other 2in vs 2.375. That should be an easy fix on my mill. The other mod would be spacing or shim the bearing to make up for the added .125 thickness on the cal mount... unless I mount it on the outside of the bearing retainer? Or would that mess up the alignment between the cal and rotors?
