cbs reported that it is a glitch in a upgrade they performed on computer system.

HB73, are you serious? The cards stopped working for a few hours and talk of riots. When I was starting out I bought food on payday. I thought the gubment cheese was on the 1st and 15th? I'm sure nobodys starving in one day. Jees.
