Is there something easy out there to improve upon this or just wait until it fails? No electrical issues right now but it’s an ugly set up and these fuses are the worst thing ever made.

From the looks of it, yours is in far better shape than most are by now.
Rust, spider nests, indescribable bits of debris buildup, and corroded contacts on the front side.
Yours is virtually pristine. And there’s probably someone out there that would buy it from you if you cut it out and replace it with something else.

Several members have replaced theirs with, modern fuse panels from different manufacturers that use blade type fuses. Whether standard size, or the mini type.
You either need a single panel with separate buses, or two separate panels.
One to protect the circuits that are always powered (connected to the Black w/yellow wire), and one to protect the circuits that are only on with the key (Black w/green wire).

None of them will be the same size and shape however, so you’ll be getting creative in the mounting.
