I have a new set of C bushings that recommend greasing with lithium grease prior to installing. The instructions are rather vague as they often are, should I grease both inside and out? Or just inside next to the axle? Or just outside next to the radius arms? My primary concern is the life of the bushings. Opinions please.

I did both sides to help it slide and seat better, everything fits a little better with some grease ;D

energy suspension sells a teflon grease for poly bushings. I've used it in the past and that stuff is good real sticky and wont wash off easily.

Mine came w/ some grease, i believe it was a type of silicone, sticky as hell, gojo wouldn't touch the stuff, had to go with lacquer thinner to get it off my hands, but a thin coat on all mating surfaces is all it needed.
