So I am trying to figure out a color for my top. I pained my bronco Shamrock green from Tamco paints. I keep going around with colors. I am considering light tan, off white, black or charcoal. I am going to paint my bumpers and trim satin black. Any ideas is greatly appreciated

Interior will probably be a medium buckskin color
Thanks so

You can somewhat minimize it with custom insulation, of course. Or even get anll exotic like, and put a second skin on top to block the sons direct impact on the roof. Think in terms of an aluminum floor on a roof rack and that kind of thing.
But all in all, yep, black is going to be hot unless you do some extra stuff.

There are spray on solutions, such as lizard skin. And there are quite a few threads hereabouts on the forums where members have made insulation from common materials to go under the headliner.
Does your top have a headliner?
