Half cab conversion

I want to convert my full cab u15 into a half cab. What all is needed and has anyone done this? Hard to do?

Parts list:

1. Half cab
2. Bulk head (if desired)

Directions:

1. Remove full top
2. Install bulk head (if desired)
3. Bolt on half cab

Conversion complete.

Easy conversion, I got mine from TBP fiberglass reproduction. its awesome, they have all the parts and are close to you. I cant post pics but check out my garage.

I did this.......

On my 74 I had to drill 2 new holes in the windshield frame for the metal half cab guide pins. The ones that were in the frame were not in the right place. I'm told this is because it changed at some point.

Everything else lined up and bolted up.....
