Anybody got any photos on how the heater hose is routed from the water pump to the heater with an Explorer Serpentine conversion? It seems as if the Explorer alternator mount and the belt will make routing the hose difficult.

Supply is from the intake manifold, so the heater control valve would be in this line.
Return is to the water pump. If you are using the tubes, the Explorer hose is obsolete. You can use the hose from 87-93 Fox body 5.0 Mustang. It will need trimming > best done with Alt bracket in place.
Explorer specific tubes... yes only Ford. Someone has re-popped the tubes on a Fox Body mustang 87-93, which end straight back vs. 90* ends. But I don't think the demand is there to do an Explorer...
There is a difference in the tubes depending on the year, early have a bypass hose in back to insure a small amount of cooling moves through to make the ECT sensor happy. Later have the small hose fittings in the front for the upper plenum preheat/de-icing.

i started with an F250 hose (I think) and had to trim it and add parts from a second hose with a splice. it also might have been one hose that had to be sut and rotated.
