Help with a few new probs...

A couple weird things I ran into today.

1. My saginaw power steering pump is overflowing when I try to cycle the steering left to right with the engine off. Almost like the valves on the inside can't let the fluid through quick enough when the belt isn't turning. Is this normal? It doesn't seem to happen when the engine is running and I don't remember this happening last time I messed with the steering or when I installed and bled the pump.

2. The radiator was overflowing on me after sitting for like 30min as if it was still hot. It's like the overflow is clogged or something. I put a little aluminum stop leak in there a couple weeks ago to take care of a pinhole leak (which worked great!) and now I'm wondering if it could have messed something else up?

3. She died on me sitting at a light. I diagnosed the problem as out of gas and had a buddy bring me some (my gauge is getting recalibrated and my MPG is much worse than I expected so this seemed logical). Sure enough I got more gas and she started right up. Went to the gas station and she only took 14.5 gallons. Could the sender not be all the way in or something? Weird problem. Need to get my aux tank lines fixed!

If it's the stock main tank that's all they hold and between 8 to 10 on the auxiliary tank.

I read somewhere that you should remove the PS belt when towing for that reason. The pump will spin and keep the fluid from over flowing.
