Hoe's They can be your friend. We made a rotisserie today and had to put the body on it. This is Ethansdads replacement tub after the roll over. Rob (bearsden) and I are trying to help him get it ready for the sandblaster. he has other pict in his build thread.

Bax, pimping out his hoe.

That looks a lot easier than using an engine hoist or two.

That hoe saved us so much time today. we pulled the body with it. We pulled the engine, trans and 20 with it next. We lifted the frame up and dropped the axles out from under it, then lifted the frame on the rotisserie with it. Next we hooked up the axles and swung them around onto Robs trailer.
sat hello to my little friend.

That is one reason I keep my backhoe around..but having overhead trolley crane in each shop bay helps too.

BTW..the last time I tried to lift an EB tub like in that vid..it folded neatly in half on me. That one must have some metal left...%)

Some kind of rotisserie or at least a support cart on wheels in my future. Three different bodies needing lots of metal replaced...

Bax..you got some good pics of the one you built that's in that vid?

A hoe is great after wheeling...hook a chain to the front end... lift it in the air and pressure wash all the mud and gunk off.

BMC, cart with wheels is already on it's way......just need to add some tabs for body mounts. I built it for my project a few years ago.

No chit. Will have to see what it looks like...and figger out where to put it, of course.%)
