How do I remove the spindle

Last night I started on my F150 disc brake conversion and started tearing everything down to the knuckles. I got to the spindles but they don't want to budge. All the bolts are out so is there a trick to this or do I just pound on it with a BFH?

I used an old flat blade screwdriver and used it as a wedge. Pounded it in between and worked it around till it was loose. Seemed to work.

I made a homemade slide tool to help pop them off but have seen other post on here when this subject came up that you could rent a slide puller from some of the local part houses fairly cheap. Might give that a try. ;)

I just hit mine on the end a couple of times with a BFH and it popped off just fine.
