How much fluid in power steering pump

I have the napa conversion pump and the 4x4x2 box. How much fluid will they hold and is there any tricks to getting the air out other than jacking up the front end?

Typical PS system is about a quart. I recomend pickup up 2 quarts at the store. You will use the first one quick enough, the second will be needed if you didn't pick it up.
