So I have a relatively stock 67 bronco. Manual steering and brakes. I have upgraded to Cheby front disk brakes. I would like to upgrade to hydroboost.
1. Can anyone direct me to a good build thread?
2. I will purchase a “kit” as I don’t have the time to source parts. Also, hopefully kits come with instructions. Any recommendations on a kit/vendor.?
3. Any general advice on this project?
Not hydroboost but I installed this kit recently https://www.tomsbroncoparts.com/product/power-brake-kit-billet-master-cylinder-no-modify and this to tie the vacuum into my Edelbrock intake https://www.tomsbroncoparts.com/product/power-brake-barb-fitting-for-intake and lastly this because Im running disks in the front and drums in the rear https://www.tomsbroncoparts.com/product/disc-brake-proportioning-valve-66-77-early-ford-bronco-new...they have the proportioning valve for a front/rear disk setup as well. I used this video to help with install https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EYETO7K4kFM Then lastly I used this video to help with bleeding brakes solo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ag-Q_lP0dOk&t=374s This install made a HUGE difference but keep in mind I already had disks in the front because mines a 76' so you might need to purchase additional items.
