Correct, those are the John R wheels. The John R wheels are unfortunately still not in production.

I hadn't looked at Detroit wheel catalog all that close to realize these are not available yet.

Why is it called a 'John R' wheel?

Anybody have any clue when these might be available? I am still a month or 2 away from ordering wheels. If these are not available when the time comes I will just get the smoothies.

I did contact Kincer chassis in regards the the wheels in the photograph of the rolling chassis. The gentleman I spoke with told me a company called Wheel Smith in Corona California made them for that chassis, the dog dish caps are 60s ford galaxie caps, about 1963, somewhere in there, available on e-bay but getting more expensive by the week.
