That your Speedo reading will be off, you might be able to change the cable drive gear...

It will take you a little longer to stop.

Less getty-up from a dead stop and going up hills on the road. Gear change would fix that.

Clearance issues with the Body or suspension, depending on rim size and back spacing. You might need a wider rim, depending on what you are running now?

If you're going from 31x10.5 to 33x12.5 your dragging more weight and surface area. At 33s is where I noticed the need for ps. If would plan on power brakes too or hydroboost is even better.

I have stock 3 speed, 4.11 gears, PB, PS, 2.5SL, 1 inch BL with a healthy 351W and noticed nothing going from 31.7's (265/75/16's) to 33's (285/70/17) actual size is 32.91.

Speedometer might be off but I had regeared it for the 32's so can't be much.
