I'm reassembling my J shift Dana 20 and I'm missing one of the spacers for the front output shaft. The smaller one closest to the yoke. Anyone know a source of where I can find one or know the measurements of this spacer? T Case had been rebuilt once before and the spacer was not there when I disassembled. Probably why I had so much gear play as seen in my previous post.

This post lists the dimensions of both spacers:
(The complete thread may give you more info)

I think you want part # D2TZ 7067-A , and it will most likely need to be harvested from an existing transfer case.

The similar part in the T Shift transfer case has different dimensions.

I just rebuilt mine like a year ago, wasn’t there 2 of those in there somewhere? I can’t remember. But if there is you could have a machine shop copy one. Honestly tho I would put up a want add for a whole case. You can usually find um cheap. I bought a spare and when another comes up for 100 to 200 bucks I’ll snag that 2

Tho I’m 47 and planning on passing my bronco on to my kids. So it probably makes a little more sense for me cuz this one’s not getting sold.

Update: I was able to get a local machine shop to make the spacer I needed using the measurements provide in the posted thread.
.200" thick, 1.130" inside diameter, 1.440" outside diameter
Thanks for the help!
