How did you make the surrounds for the air conditioning vents under the dash?

Rick

Two inch long piece of 3" pipe that was cut into halves; spred apart and joined with flat bar and then the face was welded on from the rear. Trimed the edge, drill holes and paint!

Easiest was brake...no change from the stock PB setup. Pedal just bolts on from the back.

Gas is a Lokar floor mount with cable to the EFI throttle body...easy enough too. Cut hole in floor and the rest is downhill.

E-brake is Lokar as well and comes complete to do any 9 inch rear. You can mount anywhere that you can find room and make a hole. The underside sticks 'out' maybe and inch.

Hope this helps...I'm thinking that maybe I should have taken more pics of the build!!:)

That's an understatement. I don't know how I missed this thread until now, but now that I've seen it I'm in as much awe as everyone else. Simply amazing!

That is a really nice Bronco. Makes me want to start another Bronco project. Wait, no job and still in high school with a full garage. Just kick Mom's 4runner out! :p

Ben,
The wiring harness is directly behind the engine. I mounted 2 factory ford grommets low in the center firewall to allow for the engine then the trans/rear harness to pass. The computer is mounted just inside of this point...I attached 5/8 plastic to the under side of the inside cowl so I could attach the computer and other things (relays, etc) without any screws being drilled into steel. I wanted as few holes possible everywhere.

Have not sold it yet...lots of "check is in the mail" and "I'll take it" but all just tire-kickers I guess. Don't have the time to deal with that right now.
Summer is here finally and I loving driving the thing! Man is my forehead ever tanned!!;D
