As for Stainless lines, I know that there are options that are alot easier to work with and practically just as corrosion resistant. I am forgetting the name off the top of my head but that is what I will be using if I ever do them again.

Copper/Nickel, Cu/Ni/Fe, or Cunifer tubing is what I assume you're referring to.

As for the conical crush washers, I stock some of the copper ones for just such situations and they're fairly stout, but I've never seen an aluminum one...just goes to show how many options are out there.
