I recently bought a 73 uncut with 100% origianl paint, a minor dent
on bottom of front fender and small dent in passenger door.
Rust wise not bad, it's a CA truck. The only sheetmetal it does need
is the inner fender aprons on righ and left (golfball size rust thru neer cowl).
What I would like to know is what I should expect to pay for removal of
bucket from chassis and have it bead blasted. Not sure if I want to go that
far with it, but looking for some ballpark figures. Also, what should I expect
to pay to have the C4, and Dana 40 overhauled. Thanks for any help, the new guy.
I know there are many variables but anything helps.

It depends on what you are looking for. Many people have quoted to spend $20,000 on a total rebuild. If you are expecting someone else to do the work you better put double that amount. A C4 rebuild will be anywhere between $350 or less if you do it yourself to $800 or more for someone else. Same thing for rebuilding a Dana 44. The more you want the more expensive it gets.

If theres no other rust I wouldnt bother with getting it blasted. Just have the aprons and the dents fixed then repaint. Still a good quality paint job can cost some $$. Might easily cost $5K or more.
Having a shop pull and rebuild the c-4 and tcase will cost you. I'd figure about $1500. but shop around you should be able to get it done for less. Or if you have some friends that are mechanically inclined you could do it yourself with there help.
