They don't make longer filler necks that I know of but you can buy a longer connecting hose. Napa sells it by the inch but it ain't cheap.

I’m thinking he is meaning that he wants to shorten the circled filler neck. But I have been wrong already today, so there’s that.

Factory filler neck has a flange that goes against the inside of the fender, 3 screws from outside attach it.
Must be an aftermarket aux tank installation.

Use a bronco filler neck. 2 versions for the vented and non-vented gas caps you probably have a junkyard special now. So the aux tank is likely a retrofit, maybe a repair. Don't be surprised if it isn't a match for your year.

YA, I've never seen anything like it. I'm hoping when I remove it, I can bolt up an OEM version. Has anyone ever experienced this?

Maybe the hose is just too long and you can cut it down. Somebody found a hose and just stuck it on there

The thing is we don't know what parts you have. We know what a stock Bronco filler neck should look like, and that isn't it. Outside of that it is just guesses and assumptions.

Yep, Just seeing if anyone has come across this before. At worst, I will replace the quarter panel.
