Interesting, in many ways.
What are the badges on the tailgate? One looks to be a dealer badge.
What is up with the carb intake?
What is the round thing on the firewall outboard of the master cylinder?
Are those weight bench weights on the drivers inner fender?
Looks like the baster cylinder rubber line is split open.

Not sure if upgrades would be the right term but there are a few, and the weather wasn't actually that bad today, mid thirties and raining:eek:
The badges are something to do with aircraft

The carb intake is odd to say the least, and yes that is a piece of wood in the side of it. I'm not sure what the can on the firewall is, and those things on the inner fender are a set of baby moon hubcaps.

Heck a bit of paint and she's almost ready to go... or so the way it normally starts. Going back original? or is this a parts truck?

My dad is a pilot and is a member of AOPA. It could have been owned by a pilot who stuck the decal stickers on the EB.

Not sure what my plans are for it yet, we will see once it gets cleaned out and I can see all the rust it has.

Going to try and start cleaning the 20 years worth of pine needles out of the back today.
