The origional top hinge was bent the other way and screwed directly into the window frame instead of that spot welded flange. the bottom had a square plate of aluminium that you screw into the door insert where the door pivot pin goes through the insert. it keeps the insert from fracturing when you open and close the door. Check this source of awning track for the piece that gets screwed into the side of the door inserts.
