Looking for my old 1977 Sport. Vin# U15GLY25478. Last I heard it was on the State of Georgia. Any leads or information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks to all.

Hey grinder, great story. Hope you have some luck as others here have in the past.
We love a good reunion story!

But we’re not, most of us anyway, sleuths and sporting DMV database computers in our basement. So likely we need more to go by. Pictures, description at least of what color what options what modifications etc.
Where was it bought originally, where did it spend its time with you? And any idea what part of Georgia maybe?

Pictures, pictures, pictures…
If you have any old pics in the good old family archive, that would be great. I know not everybody does have pictures from a long time ago when it didn’t seem as important, but if you’ve got some definitely let us see them.

It's long shot but you could try vinwiki. Maybe it's been restored and posted on there. Sometimes it's free to search a vin, I've never tried an older vin (since they're shorter than current vins) but it's worth a shot
