Hey Langester, Thought about this some more and checked on the RuffStuff site, the insert/ sleeve for the pitman arm has a larger ID. You will need one of these Ruff Stuff PN. DLINSERT and one, two in a pack, PN.INSSTEER-2PK for the GM 1ton TREs. But talk with Ruff Stuff they will make sure you get just what you need. If this is what you want. Gary

Thanks for the info!
I am using WH 3 way adjustable tie rod and drag link. The only thing I think I need to change is moving the tie rod to the TRO position. Problem is TRE's are F150 to fit the F150 knuckles I have, and not 1 ton Chevy, the taper looks to be the same but not sure about the O.D. comparing the two ends. These are brand new parts I have and would like to make them work instead of starting over with a new 1 ton set up. I can get tapered sleeves and a reamer and make my parts work. I was just curious about the ones Ruff Stuff sells, I would not need a reamer for those.

I got the TRO done last weekend. It changed the steering dramatically, I need to address the camber next and add a stabilizer. I think this part of the problem is fixed.
Here is a pic in case anyone else is ever looking for one with this exact setup.
